THE BIRTH OF A VISION
Behind DUALYS lies a passion for watchmaking and the desire to create a timepiece with a distinctive character.
From the first sketches to 3D modelling, each stage helped refine the proportions, volumes and overlapping dials, gradually giving shape to a distinctive watch architecture.
An independent project conceived and developed in La Chaux-de-Fonds, at the heart of Swiss watchmaking expertise.

THE DESIGN PROCESS
BALANCE IN ASYMMETRY
DUALYS is built around an asymmetric architecture in which two dials overlap at different levels, creating a distinctive composition defined by volume and depth.
Every surface, contour and finish contributes to this three-dimensional construction. Variations in height and contrasts between the elements create a sense of visual depth that has become one of DUALYS’ defining design signatures.

FROM CONCEPT TO REALITY
Turning an idea into a timepiece requires numerous stages of design, research and development. Every component must meet both aesthetic and technical requirements.
From the dials and hands to the individual plates and their finishes, each element has been carefully designed to fit seamlessly into this distinctive architecture.
Grained surfaces, polished bevels and layered depths gradually bring the composition to life, with every detail contributing to the identity of DUALYS.

THE REALISATION OF A VISION
ONE VISION, TWO CREATIONS
After numerous stages of design and development, DUALYS brings its first two creations to life, united by a shared watchmaking architecture and a distinctive identity.
The Grande Seconde combines mechanical and quartz movements in a hybrid approach to timekeeping, while the Dual Time Automatic² brings together two independent automatic movements for two distinct time displays.
